It's really a trip when you see a side of someone that you never knew existed.
It is absolutely UNCANNY how much Heather Hendrick reminds me of my sister Kaye. I didn't know it was possible for someone else on earth to have this much Kaye in them.
(yes, Kaye is now a noun, verb, and adjective)
Don't worry, Kaye won't ever tell you how Kaye she is. She just goes on loving every bit of it and only letting it out to the really special people.
Heather I have to say, I'm impressed. I like you even more now, knowing you have this side. Thank you for releasing this to the world instead of hoarding your treasure. :0)
To enjoy this side of Heather, check out "There's No Place Like Home".

Little Adventures
Just wanted to pass on some pics of our recent adventures. The latest is the adventure into the "I'm really pregnant" phase. It amazes us how fast this baby is growing! The pics are a month and a half apart...

Yea for fun adventures! There's more to come! We have a busy, busy summer ahead!
...Going to the Chapel...
We've made our rounds with two weddings so far this summer. Jon and I are taking our fair share of fun couple pics! Jeremiah and Jessica Marshall were married May 20th and Bret & Rachel Rogers were married June 17th! Brandon & Bethan are only a few weeks away from their big day!!! Yea for married friends!
...First Father's Day...
Jon celebrated his first dad's day the day after his 22nd birthday! Here are some bday shots and fun shots with our dads. We made them cool grandpa shirts!

Honest Heart. Googly Eyes.
I am so thankful for those moments when the Lord opens my heart and I look at Jon with the warming realization that I married just the man for me.
It's been amazing letting the Lord open my heart toward him, seeing Jon for who Jesus made him. As Jesus fills my heart for Himself, my heart is filled with love for Jon. Our friend said recently--
How true it is. Why do I neglect our marriage in times of drought? Because Jesus is my central source of love. Apart from Him, I can do nothing. If our marriage is suffering, it's usually a direct result of the scarcity of interaction between me and the Lord.
Lately, the Lord has sown in me a deep, deep love. I've realized how much I've come to trust Jon...as a best friend, husband, confidant, lover, and now as a daddy to our baby. The fruit of Jesus' love in us has been love between us.
Am I ministering to Jon? Well, you can ask him. ;0)
It's been a choice. A self-denying choice. But the fruit has been JOY...exceeding JOY. And I am so thankful that he is mine. :0)

As You Wish...Belly Shots!!
Here's the most recent Belly Shot (May 6th)! It seems like Baby Jon-Boy is getting bigger everyday!
I'm just beginning to feel the muscles pull around my tummy and my belly button is getting more shallow by the day!! I feel great and have lots of energy! The only things slowing me down seem to be a little back and ankle/foot pain...but my Hubby is faithful to massage away my pains (well...almost :0)!!
Our next appointment is scheduled for May 18th!
God has been so faithful to provide for us already! More to come on that later...
